Hack ‘n Slash fans rejoice! Gameloft’s Hero of Sparta is now on sale for a mere $0.99. First released for the iDevice back in Dec’ 08, HoS quickly won the hearts of gamers who longed for a God of War like title for the iPhone/iPod Touch. This is certainly one of the best price drops to come around lately and one that shouldn’t be missed. Gameloft has been on a roll and the sales don’t stop here for them: CSI Miami, New York Nights and even the great light gun game Wild West Guns is going for a dollar. Check out their 0.99 bin along with a few other notable drops.
As well, some of the price drops in our previous post are still in effect. Have a look here!
Time management fans, get ready. The same G5 who brought you the addictive Supermarket Mania are prepping another franchise: Stand O’Food. This time around, you will fill the shoes of a restaurant manager with some big demands on his/her time. It is already a highly addictive and much more expensive PC game that has amassed a good following. Look for it at the App Store in the following week along with Mahjongg Artifact: Chapter 2.
In the 1920′s, Abercrombie and Fitch imported thousands of Mahjong sets (1) to stem the demand for the game among the American population. In 2009, G5 Entertainment are banking that the game of strategy, skill, calculation and luck will burn up the game-thirsty iPhone crowd with the sequel to the popular PC title. Mahjongg Artifacts: Chapter 2 sweetens the deal with powerups, trophies and great graphics and audio. Look for it at the App Store in the coming week along with Stand O’Food.
Your local time management expert, Dave P. reporting for duty! You guessed it, I’m hard at work (or hardly working, depending on how you look at it) playing another time management game. Boy, I’m getting good at these!
For all those that follow my reviews religiously (big shout out to my wife), you’ll know that I’ve already reviewed a few time management games. The current game in review is Supermarket Mania by G5
