The show COPS has been around for quite a long time and if you’ve ever watched the show, you know some crazy stuff goes down. Well the folks at Hands-On Mobile must be fans because they took one aspect of the show and designed an entire game around it. COPS: High Speed Pursuit takes you into the dangerous world of car chases. So turn on your sirens, put your pedal to the floor and check out the rest of the review after the jump.
One of the most romantic professions imaginable is the saboteur. Few people realise that aside from the CIA and its analogues around the world, spies are often ordinary citizens who take on extraordinary roles to protect their countries. They often have to act as saboteurs to help the advancement of the army and spread disarray to the enemy. And now, thanks to Hands-On Mobile, you can finally find out how it would feel to be The Saboteur™.
Day 4 of our Forums Giveaway is brought to you by Hands-On Mobile, the publisher of Prey Invasion, one of the first hit FPS titles on the iDevice. Poker has been growing in popularity again over the last couple years. With multiple shows, console games, and all sorts of swag and merch available, it’s not surprising to see a large selection of poker games at the app store. Recently, I was dealt the World Poker Tour’s (WPT) official app and this review will show you how it played out!
Hunting games have always been one of my top 5 genres for arcade games. When I started noticing developers were making versions of hunting games for the iDevice, I began searching title after title to find something to satisfy my inner hunter. Thanks to Hands-On Mobile (publishers of the popular shooter Prey Invasion) I finally found what I was looking for.
FPS fans listen up! TouchMyApps is giveaway 5 copies of Prey Invasion, one of the best first person shooters the iPhone/iPod has to offer. If you’ll recall, Prey became an instant hit with gamers back in 2006 when it was first released for the PC and Xbox 360 for its refreshing and unique gameplay elements. Published by Hands-On Mobile for the iDevice, Prey Invasion was built specifically for the platform and isn’t just a half baked port of the original. TMA’s Jim reviewed the game and found it immensely enjoyable. “Prey Invasion looks great, runs very smoothly, and controls well…I’d definitely recommend Grabbing It”.
For a chance to take home a copy of Prey Invasion, simply leave a comment and let TMA know what your favorite First Person Shooter is of all time and why (any platform). Winners will be selected randomly and the contest will close June 18th @ 10am EST.

I’ve been playing First Person Shooters (FPS) for a long time. Wolfenstein and Doom on the PC, and a whole host of console games. In some ways, Prey Invasion is a throwback to an earlier time; a FPS light on story. But then it looks more like a modern FPS (at least somewhere between Playstation and Playstation 2 graphics-wise). And maybe that’s exactly the kind of game I was looking for, because I enjoyed it immensely.
Consider it the best of one genre hitting the best of another. Prey and the iPhone. Together. The ‘masterpiece’ and the ‘Jesus Phone’ in a touching 3D extravaganza filled with blood, gore and good old-fashioned adrenaline. If you are a fan of the genre, there are a few fps franchises that you cannot overhear in conversation without suffering a twitch in your trigger finger: Quake, Unreal, Doom, Rise of the Triad and last but certainly not least, Prey. Hands-On bring this weapon-fest to you and TMA, battered and bruised, bloody and ballistic, will bring a survivor’s tail to you very soon!
