    Default Episode numbering

    I have something which, from the outside, is called Episode 01, but on the screen which zooms down to the guy being rained on, says Episode 02. Is that normal?

    Arthur, I'm really not sure what you mean. Maybe you're talking about a promo for ep 2 that was recently added in ep 1?
