I usually recharge everyday. I only run out of battery if I'm playing really heavy games for a long time.

If you're running SBSettings, make sure to hit the Processes option and close off any programs you may have accidentally left running!

Just by glancing, looks like some useful tips. Being a fairly new iPhone owner, I've been trying different things to cut down on the battery drain.

I find that keeping it on drains my battery in no time, so I only turn it on when I need it. Also, if you adjust the brightness settings on it, it can make it run longer. I tend to keep mine on hold until it needs charging, and it lasts a fair while (the longest I've gotten is 27 hours), but if none of these things help, you might want to speak with Apple, because I did hear that there were some problems with batteries being defected, so that'd be worth looking into

    Turn off Location.
    Turn off Bluetooth.
    Auto-Brightness On.
If possible, always have your volume off. Can't say the same for iPhones as I have an iPod touch.
When possible, have your Wi-Fi off.
Set your brightness as low as you can so you can still see what you're doing.
