Can't trigger Sudoku Level 3

Hi there,

I've been following a walkthrough for 1112 Episode 2. I've made it all the way to the dark rooms in Goodman's warehouse. I've opened the crate with the screwdriver and looked at the paintings. The walkthrough says that I'm supposed to complete a Sudoku Level 3 puzzle next, but when I go back to the hotel, the receptionist isn't playing Sudoku. Do you know how I can trigger the Sudoku Level 3 puzzle?

Oh, never mind, I figured this out... I hadn't pulled the paintings out of the chest to look at them yet. I had only flipped through them in the chest, but hadn't pulled them out. Once I pulled them all out, the game continued.
