Lift won't engage

You have to push the correct floor numbers - only a few are active (the lobby, 11 and 10 once you find out about the creepy guy staying there)

Is it possible I have a glitch?? When I try this I can't even press anything... All I can do us use the exit button in the top right corner.

If you are talking about the lift you have to press the botton left down the screen

Acer,

until you learn about floor 10 you can only visit floor 11 (where you start) and the lobby - the button at the bottom.
