Anyone try out 5.0 Megapixel Camera app?

Has anyone here played around with this 5.0 MP camera app? It looks like it works as advertized (from itunes reviews anyway)...but I wonder how it actually does this (and if it is any good).

It just interpolates the image up to 5.0 megapixels. Per-pixel quality will suffer and sharpness decreases, but that is the only way for it to work. On the flip side, after 3megapixels, phone cameras (unless they use real camera sensors) start to pick up too much noise - and are pretty rubbish in comparison to the worst point and shoot cameras. I think 3,2 is perfect for now.
