I came into a hotel and a fat old lady tells me everytime she left my mail in the second floor I can't find it, so I tried opening every door in that floor, but the door at my right was opened and there was an explosion and a skull appears and laughs... after that i can't do anything else everything I touch explodes. Help meeee

Face Arno's door and use a thumbtack on it. Then use the knife, and you should be able to go inside. The mail that Ozana mentioned is on your table.

I cant do the tears to tears sweat to sweat blood to blood bit i have done the skulls but cant seem to work out the other bit in that section, Help please xxxxxxxxx

Yes, it's the instruction in Latin
tears to tears sweat to sweat blood to blood
Lacrimis : tears
Sudore : sweat
Sanguine : blood

I'm playing this game with my iPod touch,
I entered in a hotel and a fat and old woman keep telling me i've got mail, but i can´t find it.
when I go upstairs There are two doors one at my left and one at my right. If I open the one at my right, something activates and explodes, then a skull begins laughing and I can't do anything else every time i touch the screen the explotion begins.

i tried putting the thumbtack in the door and use the knife but nothing happens.

You have to put a thumb on the door, then use the knife.
It's to deactivate the bomb that someone put on your door
