    Question Auto BT connect

Some bluetooth enabled games provide a pop-up asking if you want to turn on BT from within the game. Some make you quit the game and go to settings to turn it on, then go back to the game. Not a big deal but the former is really cool. I was curious if this an easy thing to implement in games or is it a pain (explaining why some games don't have this feature)?

I could imagine that this is something that was implemented at a later firmware. I don't know about Bluetooth but the ingame access to the iPod library was only able for 3.0 games. Could be that that's he reason why some games can turn BT on while ohers can't.

Possible. I have a newer game that make me leave the app though.

Maybe they started coding on a 2.x SDK and didn't bother to change the BT feature after 3.0. I guess it's the same as with jumping back to the same place after leaving a game for a call. Some games jump right back, others just put you into the main menue and you lost all progress since the last save.
