If I have a lot of non-visible ones, I'll sync and use the organizer in iTunes and delete a bunch of stuff. Hopefully OS 4.0 will add unlimited pages or the ability to delete things from the spotlight search.

Ok just deleted some stuff and sync. Discovered that I have lots of apps downloaded but forgotten as there are not visible. Hmm, I wish I can categorize the apps....

Do you mean they're not visible on the iPod or because they are on iTunes you forgot about them?

I think he made them invisible with the icon hide toggle in SBsettings...

Its not visible on the iPod. I usually play around with the iPod only and only uses the iTunes during the weekend. Would be lovely if I can see all without resorting to jailbreaking.

You can delete apps by pressing on an app until everything starts to shake. Then you can press the "x" to delete them.
You can't delete the apps that come with the iPod Touch, however.
You can hide the Safari, iTunes and YouTube apps by going to Setting>General>Restrictions and disabling whichever one you want.
agree, the same way on iPhone

I do wish, however, that deleting supplied apps was possible. For instance, stock app and the magazine app I never use. There is spam on the iDevice, but not too much.
