Anyone use this? My dad, who lives 2000 miles away, is always asking me computer support questions and is not good at describing what he's seeing on the screen. Just wondering if anyone uses this (Lite or full version) and if it would work for him. I think he's running XP Home.

I've been using Mocha VNC for quite some time now with mediocre results. When the price dropped for RDM+ last week I got this too but aren't so happy with their system either.

I've been using RDM+ and it works great minus the refresh rate. But it works through firewalls! For LAN I think some kind of VNC should work nicela - I've heard good things about Jaadu VNC

I just found out that these apps only work with the Pro versions, not the Home versions of Windows. Oh well. At least I can use them to connect to my computer when needed.
