My wife prefers games that she doesn't have to squint to see. Ultimate Hangman is one of her favorites. I can share my hundreds of apps with her, but she can't stand the small screen for most of them.

We tried using My Style Fashion Assistant to help her keep track of which outfits she wears -- she is a leader for several different Weight Watcher meetings and doesn't want to accidentally wear the same outfit twice in a row to the same meeting. The app is pretty good but takes some time to set up (you have to take separate pictures of each article of clothing, which can run into serious work for some women <oops, ouch honey, I didn't mean it that way>).

Stylebook is another similar app, but it's missing a calendar (it can cut the background out of your pictures, however).

She and I both like Bookmark a lot for listening to audiobooks.
