I've been on a Mac since 1984 (my first had 128K of RAM) and never regretted it.
I'll use a PC when forced (like for work) -- but now just run Windows installed in a Bootcamp partition on my laptop. Parallels let's my Mac apps run along side of Windows so I get the best of both worlds. It works great with copy & paste between the two OS's and a shared file system. I typically just park Windows in its own Space and toggle between Mac and PC with a Hyperspaces hot key.
