I too was once a Skullcandy lover and had gone through several pairs after my Ink'd kept breaking on me. Instead of continually buying new crappy headphones and using my Skullcandy warranty, I started tampering into the audiophile world - all thanks to TMA. I soon will be the owner of Grado SR-225i headphones..

Skullcandy aren't bad now, but they used to not represent a very good value for the money. Still, whenever you spend a bit of dosh on earphones, you should make sure it is safe. Don't just toss it in a pocket. Keep them nice. Otherwise, even the best made earphone in the world will die.
