transdock car dock/fm transmitter needs a naked iphone/ipod

Just an FYI. I bought a transdock FM transmitter/dock for my car from woot.com. It works great but I had to remove my iSkin case for the dock connector to fully insert. So keep this in mind if you're thinking of getting the dock.

There is a transdock without the cradle and just has a cable with a dock connector. This will probably work with an iphone/ipod with a case.

Good news Mellow - yes, a lot of docks need a naked iDevice. My univesal charging/lineout/videoout dock is one and so too is my Griffin SD/Compact flash reader, though it works okay with some cases.
