It is good to let the battery completely drain (until the unit shuts itself down) once every 4-6 weeks. This process re-engerizes the battery so to speak.

Just stating for the record. If a JB device ever needed warranty attention, all you have to do is restore the device as new and there is no way to tell it had ever been JB.
Do you have the 3G? My 3Gs does fine with themeing. No lag at all.
