1112 episode 01 (the boiler)

Please help! Ive looked everywhere and spent numerous hours searching for any clues to help me fix the boiler for anna, but i have found none. I believe im looking for a manual or some notes or something to have the instructions to fix it, and ive looked EVERYWHERE but i havnt been able to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
