App Support

Being an app developer, I know one thing that could potentially increase traffic to TMA forums as well as raise the usefulness and population size here.

Everytime a developer submits an app to Apple, they have to provide a compulsory website link for the new app as well as a URL for support. What would happen if TMA allowed developers to start one thread for each new app they submit to Apple in a special section here on TMA?

Some benefits I can see for developers:
- not every developer wants the hassle of building a site
- developers would benefit from forum population and interaction
- they can instantly use the thread's URL for app submission

TMA Forums can really become a one-stop forum and support location for amazing things we have yet to see. :)

Thanks for supporting the TMA forums :) Great to have you on board.

I think your idea is totally original (to me at least) and definitely makes a lot of sense. This way, for those devs who don't have their own site, they can use the TMA forums as their support system. And like you mentioned, they'll get the added benefit of interacting with the entire community.

We're constantly looking at ways to improve our forums, so this is something we'll consider.
