See how shigzeo brought up Serenity / Firefly on a recent thread (http://www.touchmyapps.com/forums/showthread.php?386-Just-watched-Serenity-for-the-5th-time), I thought it'd be a good idea to start a new one dedicated to "favorite TV shows".

There are so many bloody good ones out there, but here are some of my favs (in no particular order):

Lost - we'll see how the 6th and final season plays out
Futurama - better than the Simpsons!
American Dad - give it a chance and you'll see why the main characters all have their charm, especially Roger
Extras - Ricky Gervais' best work to date
Curb your Enthusiasm - Larry David is like the US version of Ricky Gervais, both masters of creating "uncomfortable" scenarios.
Dexter - The show seems to be getting better and better

And for shows that aren't quite my favorite, but ones I've enjoyed nonetheless:

True Blood
Weeds
Tudors
Rome

I really got into White Collar until the season ended last week. Celebrity Apprentice is back. Sinbad is so funny to me. Hope he hangs on for the next few weeks. Monk was one of my favorites, but it ran it's course.

I write some more tomorrow but here's my short list of current shows I watch: big bang theory, how I met your mother, castle, 30 rock, leverage, two and a half man, mythbusters.

Dexter
United States of Tara
Nurse Jackie

Probably the 3 best "dramas" on TV right now IMO of course.

24 - Who doesn't wannabe Jack Bauer? Though don't tell me anything about this season, I tape them all and then watch it in a weekend (I can't stand those cliff hangers!) lol

Modern Family - Probably the funniest comedy show on tv right now

Family Guy - How in the world do they get away with it? Only because they make fun of everything and everybody so no body can take it personally????? :)
