If you could install only one app to the iDevice (apart from the preinstalled) which one would that be?

And to make things more fun, post also why the poster above you has choosen a stupid app.

To get things started here's my pick:

Battle.net Mobile Authenticator.

It generates a code which let's me log into World of Warcraft. This code is a way to stop account theft. Without the app I couldn't log into my WoW account. My life would cease to exist and I'd die on the spot. Well, actually I'm not playing as much as I used to and havent logged into my account for 6 weeks, but it's funnier this way.

well this is easy...your app is stupid because it involves WoW.

My one and only....prob BeejiveIM. So far one of the best multi-protocol clients that I've used. Provides access to all popular chat networks and allows for a lot of customization. The push notification works great also.

Wel, your app is stupid 'cause it's a waste of time chatting with people and texting all day. ;)

I would choose Bejeweled 2, because it's simple and I've had it on other devices before I got my ipod touch. Plus the new Bejeweled Blitz mode can become addictive.
It's hard to narrow down to just one, but this app is one of the core apps for me.

A game? Making rows of colors? How boring. *yawn*
:p

MLIA(My Life Is Average) app.

MLIA is stupid because I can't really find it in iTunes.

One word: Stanza - it is a great reading and book purchasing tool which comes with a decent app for actual (drum roll) conversion of just about any text document for use with the iDevice. Loads of options and great!

This app isn't stupid.

No no no... Stanza requires that you READ... and Steve told us that no one who's cool reads anymore... Try Bookmark (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bookmark/id326290323?mt=8) and listen to audiobooks -- much more enjoyable and hip.
