Bug in game : Impossible to reset boiler

The levers are in good position.
When i press thé red buttons, il becomes green and instantly returns to red ...

I'm on HD version on iPad 2 with iOs 5.

Any idea to allow me to continue ????

If you continue to press the red buttons, it becomes green, but I don't know how to use matches in the rest room.( I'm using ipad2)
