What are the five coolest apps you’ll see at Macworld/iWorld 2012?

San Francisco, California – At Macworld/iWorld, running this Thursday thru Saturday (Jan 26th-28th) at Moscone Center, you’ll see all sorts of new apps, cases, bags, and accessories for your iDevices, as well as enjoy all kinds of art, music, imagery, and visuals created by an emerging community of iArtists. What will be the top five coolest apps you find there? May I suggest you consider tappr.tv

tappr.tv is a new kind of music visuals app that, instead of using algorithms, lets you tap, swipe, tilt, and buzz to create multi-layered visual “dances” to your favorite songs, and share those visual dances with other fans.

deeje cooley, an iArtist who spent the last 15 years dreaming about music visuals, will be demonstrating tappr.tv every day in the Mobile App Showcase area on the Expo show floor.

“If you’re looking for one of the most interesting apps at iWorld, make sure to find tappr.tv and get a demo,” says deeje, “Its unlike anything you’ve seen before.”

Version 4 of tappr.tv added a social community that lets you publish and subscribe to music visuals for your favorite musical artists. There are over 100 visual wands available to dance with, each that uniquely respond to your movements with bursts of particles and light. Wand motions can be recorded into separate tracks that compose a dance.

And there are already well over 100 dances, published by early tappr.tv members for you to enjoy for free, to hit music by artists like Eminem, Rihanna, Beastie Boys, Them Crooked Cultures, The Beatles, Green Day, and U2.

Version 5 will add visual symmetry modes and a new audio input mode, where you can hum or sing along to generate even more interesting visuals.

So, will tappr.tv be one of the coolest apps you see this week? You’ll have to find it to find out. Enjoy the show.
