iTubeList 2.3.2 Free for iOS – Search Playlists and Play YouTube Videos

Waretown, New Jersey – GO2STAT today is pleased to announce iTubeList 2.3.2 – YouTube Playlist Finder free for iOS, an update to their entertaining app that allows users to continuously play YouTube videos on their iDevice, as well as keyword search YouTube video playlists. Once located, playlists may be edited and/or saved for future viewing. Videos are streamed live during playback and are not stored on the iDevice. iTubeList is ideal for planning kid-safe YouTube programming or watching videos on nearly any topic of interest. An Internet connection is required for searching playlists or viewing videos.

With more than 150 million videos and growing, YouTube has rapidly made important contributions to culture worldwide. One of the features that makes such an overabundance of video useful is YouTube’s playlist feature. A video playlist is a collection of videos assembled into a list by a YouTube viewer. Generally created by enthusiasts of a topic or genre, they usually provide a good representation of informed opinion. And they provide a starting point for more detailed searches, if necessary.

iTubeList provides a powerful keyword search tool with automatic suggestions, which scours all of YouTube’s playlists and provides a scrolling list of results with thumbnail images. Where appropriate, the number of individual episodes is included, and the user can scroll through a sub-list with descriptions and thumbnails. With one touch, any playlist is downloaded and saved, and it can be accessed from the app’s Home page for viewing at any time.

For parents, concerned about inappropriate content available on YouTube, iTubeList allows them to select and edit playlists for their children’s viewing. In addition, parents can have many hours of video pre-planned and ready. Besides its keyword search capabilities, the app also includes an Add Playlist function from which users can select any of the following: Kids Video Collection, YouTube Account, Channel, or Playlist ID. The Kids Video Collection, compiled by GO2STAT, includes dozens of videos in various categories: Cartoons, Disney, Fun Songs, Kid’s Learning, and Nursery Rhymes. “iTubeList is a fantastic, safe way for kids to watch their favorite YouTube videos.” – The iPhone Mom

Though 30% of YouTube Videos make up 90% of all views, there is an enormous wealth of entertainment, education, news, information, art, and culture available free for anyone with an Internet connection. With iTubeList users have the perfect tool for exploring subjects over time, something many find difficult to do within their ordinary, daily routine of Internet surfing. Whatever the topic, users can now spend some time alone with their iOS mobile device and satisfy their interests and curiosities.
