Pixels on Toast Celebrates New Name with Competition
Edinburgh, United Kingdom – Kevin Ng Games, creator of iOS and Mac games WordCrasher, Kick Flick HD, and upcoming game Food Run, has relaunched with a new name, “Pixels on Toast”. The independent developer is celebrating the new name with a free-to-enter competition to win one of two iPod shuffles and some Pixels on Toast merchandise.
The new company logo features blue and orange cartoon pixel characters sitting on a slice of toast and awaiting their fate. To match the logo, the top prizes in the competition are a blue and an orange iPod shuffle.
Competition entrants can win the blue iPod shuffle by liking the Pixels on Toast Facebook page and leaving a comment mentioning the word “blue”. However, entrants who also share the page with their friends and leave a comment mentioning both “orange” and “blue” will also be entered into the draw for the orange iPod shuffle, doubling their chances of winning one of the main prizes. All entrants will also have a chance of winning Pixels on Toast mugs and fridge magnets.
“Facebook fans have been having some fun with their entry comments so far, mentioning the words blue and orange in creative ways,” said Kevin Ng, owner of Pixels on Toast. “One entrant even made reference to orange by leaving its colour code in hexadecimal – #FF8000.”
For full instructions on how to enter the competition, visit the Pixels on Toast Facebook page. The draws will be made on 30th November 2011.
