Pazaak comes to iPhone with Wager20
Rawalpindi, Pakistan – The Kinematic Laboratory has announced the release of Wager20, their new game for iPhone and iPod touch. This release of Wager20 brings the popular card game Pazaak to the iPhone AppStore.
First introduced in the Knights of the Old Republic series (often abbreviated to KOTOR), pazaak is a card game from the Star Wars universe that has garnered a dedicated base of followers over the years. A simple gameplay premise, in some ways similar to Black Jack, makes pazaak an attractive pastime for fans and non-fans alike. Though versions of the game have been developed for the PC and Android devices, Wager20 is the first app to offer it on the iPhone and iPod touch devices.
Developed by The Kinematic Laboratory, Wager20 features both single and multi-player game modes with the multi-player lobby supporting up to ten simultaneous network games. Users can build their own deck of cards by advancing in single player mode. Integration with the OpenFeint system allows players to compete against and share their scores with a vast network of more than one and a half million fellow gamers worldwide. The app supports the Retina Display on the iPhone 4 and 4S.
