Mitchell Applications Announces StL Baseball Version 2.0 for iOS

Saint Louis, Missouri – Mitchell Applications, an independent mobile app developer, today is pleased to announce Version 2.0 of their popular app, “StL Baseball” for iOS. StL Baseball is the ultimate Free fan app that contains articles from some of the greatest bloggers that cover the St. Louis Cardinals such as Aaron Miles’ Fastball, C70 At The Bat, Pitcher’s Hit Eighth, On The Outside Corner, I70 Baseball and a ton more.

StL Baseball contains a 2011 Schedule complete with a 2011 playoff bracket, stats provided by Baseball-Reference and headlines from some of the great local newspapers. The app also allows users to take and submit photos related to their favorite team into the StL Photostream to share with all users.

Just in time for the World Series, Version 2.0 of StL Baseball is now a universal app optimized for both iPhone and iPad. Already with this release, StL Baseball has jumped to the top 100 Top Free Sports App category for iPad and at one time reached all the way to #42 for iPhone earlier in the year.
