Boston, Massachusetts – AlwaysOn Technologies, Inc., developer of the popular iOS application Cloud Browse and Mass Challenge finalist, is pleased to announce its first corporate offering. Due to popular demand, the company is now positioned to enable legacy application support via its cloud enabled iOS app, for businesses that are adopting iPad and iPhone hardware for their workforce, yet are unable to realize full value from capital investments in custom software due to the absence of Flash and Java support in the Apple operating system.
Cloud Browse Pro unlocks Flash and Java for iPad and iPhone by hosting a secure desktop FireFox browser session on remote Amazon cloud servers.
As part of its initial pilot program with corporate customers, Always On Technologies will provide businesses 2 months unlimited free use of the App to all units purchased with only a minimal installation fee ($10/per unit, the standard set by Apple).
“We’re very pleased with the success we’ve achieved in the consumer market, and are excited to begin forging relationships with corporate customers of all sizes,” says Lida Tang, founder and CEO of Always On Technologies. “The first offering is an exceptional value for customers that will allow us to provide top notch service while scaling our capacity to meet and exceed customer expectations.”
Consumers have shown great enthusiasm for the Cloud Browse product, when they discover that Flash and Java aren’t supported on their new iOS devices. The product has been downloaded approximately 500,000 times from the iTunes store, and has enjoyed double digit monthly growth rates since launch in mid- 2010.
