New Zealand App Developers to donate proceeds in support of Earthquake Victims

As most of you are aware by now, a powerful 6.3-magnitude earthquake rocked Christchurch,  New Zealand, 6 days ago, leaving over 150 dead and many more missing. Needless to say, the tragic loss of life and damage to buildings and infrastructure has devastated one of the largest cities in the country. So to show their support and help the victims of the quake, a bunch of app developers from New Zealand have come together and will be donating 100% of the proceeds to Red Cross (until March 5th). Some of the more notable apps include the excellent adventure title Scarlett and the Spark of Life (TMA Review), Bird Strike and Chopper 2. I highly encourage you to visit the ChristChurch AppAppeal website and consider picking up a couple of games/apps that interest you. After all, it’s for a good cause.
