WebPresenter 1.2 Released – Now with iPad support

Sydney, Australia – Lilliput Labs today is pleased to announce the release of WebPresenter 1.2, an update to their website demonstration app introducing iPad support. WebPresenter is the only website demonstration app on the app store, allowing users to stream their rendered websites to another computer. Using the open VNC protocol, WebPresenter lets you wirelessly connect your iPhone or iPad to a computer on the same wireless network. The website, rendered on your device’s browser, is then streamed over the network to the computer.

WebPresenter is the ideal tool for demoing websites to clients, or any large audience. Since the website is running on the actual device you’ll be able to demo device specific features such as a multi-touch interface, or geo-location. WebPresenter 1.2 adds support for the iPad, as well as support for landscape mode in the iPhone version.
