Imesart Releases Disacol – Box Moving, Color Matching Game for iPhone OS

Liege, Belgium – Imesart today is pleased to introduce Disacol 1.0, the new logic game for iPhone OS devices. Featuring an ingenious mix of box moving and color matching, for a wonderful brain teasing experience. Move a box pusher around and bring boxes of the same color together to make them disappear. Find the right pushing sequence and make boxes of all colors disappear. Every level brings a new challenge.

In Disacol, the aim is to empty a board of all color boxes. A board is composed of three types of elements: a box pusher, color boxes and gray walls. All boxes can be pushed with the box pusher. Note that only one box can be pushed at a time and no box can ever be pulled. Once two or more boxes of the same color touch each other, they vanish. Moving the box pusher is accomplished by pressing a finger anywhere on the game board and sliding it in the desired direction. The pusher will keep on moving for as long as the finger touches the screen, provided it isn’t stopped by a wall.

Progress and resolution times can be published on Twitter to challenge family and friends, and an online ranking is given to anyone who finishes the game.

Disacol was created using our in-house game engine based on Cocoa Touch. It offers multi-platform targeting, including support for the Safari web browser. This unique feature enables us to present a demo version of Disacol on our website – ideal for a quick first experience with the game.
