The Creeps! – Free App Giveaway! (Closed)

Our first app giveaway for the New Year is the recently released tower defense game called The Creeps!. It has quickly become one of my favorite defense games available at the App Store. The graphics and artwork are very well done and it even implements a unique tilt control feature for one of its towers (first of its kind for the genre). The game is totally fun and even inexperienced tower defense players can jump right in.

To win one of three copies, submit a comment and let us know what categories of apps you would like to see TouchMyApps cover more of in 2009. Winners will be selected randomly and the contest will close Jan 3nd 2009 @ 8pm EST. Good Luck!

Note: Promo codes only work with US itunes accounts.

I would like to thank everyone who left a comment to let us know about the kinds of apps you would like to see more of in the coming year. All your suggestions will be taken into account and we will continue to work hard at bringing you an assortment of app reviews. Thanks again to all and keep an eye out for more app giveways in the near future!

Congrats to the winners for The Creeps! app giveaway:

Michael, Ryan and YoSaSo

Emails with the promo code will be sent out shortly.

I’d like this site to cover more “utility” apps, like the Wikipedia app review. As for the game reviews, I’d like to see more reviews of lesser known games. A lot of these reviews are, while helpful, duplicates from other sites.

In this new year of 2009, I would like to see more game apps in particular in the action, adventure, and puzzle categories

    Hello Casey,

Good spot there. I hope we will get back on track with ‘lesser knowns’ too soon. In fact, we have some on the way and that is a very good indicator for us. Look for some more utilities on the way or ways to use even those you have forgotten about! cheers

I am a travel agent and add a lot of travel related apps. I would love to see reviews of those before I spend money on them.

  • Paul

i reckon showcase more apps that make you go WOW! apps that push the limits of the iphone.

  • Bessamy

I would love to see more puzzle and word game reviews. Plus I would love to see reviews of useful but unknown utility apps. These type of apps are getting lost in the sheer number of apps.

    Thanks for the chance. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • What about covering productivity apps like voice recorders, note taking apps, to do lists, spreadsheet apps etc. Also, some chat clients would be great too. I am currently using BeeJive and love it but many people won’t buy it just from the pricetag, so what about review on chat clients. Better to buy a great and expensive one rather like crappy cheap ones!

I hope this helps you and me both ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • i would like to see more reviews for system admin applications. like remote desktop applications.

  • fakcior

I like style of this website. Much informations about Apple Company and many giveaways.
Wikipedia Mobile in Review – Wikipedia -vs- Wikipedia – in my opinion great review.

  • Dennis

i like music applications! Games are good too cuz I those are the ones I usually buy

  • Right, so I guess we have our work cut out for us. Utility, games, productivity, comparison, audio apps (yeah, I think that is near my alley): what about our day jobs!? Haha, keep the feedback pouring in and our winner will be announced tomorrow, 3 January 2009!

    Happy new year!

Personally, I’d like to see reviews and lists for apps that are practical for everyday living. More and more, I’m carrying my iTouch wherever I go and need a good list of apps that helps me in multiple situations. (i.e. travelling, school, work, 5 minute bathroom breaks, etc…)

  • Julien

I would love to see more Utility apps. I bought an ipod touch for music and also for its practicability.

  • Ryan

I would like to see some more utility and book apps, book apps because I don’t know of any Ipod reviewer website that covers book apps, and utilities because they are one of the reasons I bought an Ipod touch, so I wouldn’t have to buy numerous other utilities and have them all in one simple place.

  • Paul

Book apps still waiting for that perfect ebook reader to be found ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • Z

I’d want more of utilities. They’re so useful!

  • shigzeo

you might not have to wait too long on the book reader ๐Ÿ˜‰
